"...y eso cómo se come?" "...and how do you eat that?" My grandmother was a migrant worker for most of her life.  I remember that she always saw positive in things and was probably the most resilient person I would ever know in my life.  Her needs were simple so it was easier to find joy in life even when you didn't have much. I am reminded of conversations that I had with my grandmother where I had these grand stories to tell her about things I had learned in school that day.  She would listen so intently and at the end she would ask me, "...y eso cómo se come?", "...and how do you eat that?".
